Don’t judge celebrity break-ups, says Uti Nwachukwu

Teebillz and Tiwa’s, break-up seem to be getting mix feeling from different her fans, families, friends, and colleagues.

Though the mother of one have come out to the public to share her mentally abused relationship with reasons behind her action, one of her colleagues, who feels the couple should be given breathing space to sort out their problem is actor, model and presenter Uti Nwachukwu, who took to his social page to give a lengthy talk on why celebrities should be allowed space.

“The insensitivity, hypocrisy and downright judgmental attitude displayed about the Teebillz and Tiwa issue is utterly disgusting and extremely heart wrenching,” say Uti.

“First of I’ve overheard and read comments from different people having the audacity to actually Choose sides!!! Wow! Who made you Judge and Jury? This is a Holy Matrimony we are talking about here. And you open up your mouths and say whatever you deem worthy to spill out? ‘Oh Teebillz did and shouldn’t do this. Tiwa did this and shouldn’t do that. Bla bla Blaa!!!

Uti who revealed he was a neighbour and close friend of Teebillz and Tiwa in 1004 Estates, Victoria Island, Lagos since 2011, then said people commenting could find themselves in the same shoes.

“We don’t choose what happens to us or our family members. It just happens. And trust me when I say this; none of you will ever know what it feels like to walk in the shoes of Tiwa or Teebillz, none!! So hold your peace and discuss behind closed doors and air your opinions in the privacy of your spaces. Be sensitive.”

Also not left out is Helen Paul who described herself as a ‘strong feminist’ and urged Tiwa Savage to remain strong and steadfast.

“Gone are the days when our mothers would die in pains, hoping that one day their children would grow up and bring them joy,” the comedienne who was a year older on May 1, 2016 said on Instagram.

“I pray that our joy ones from every corner now in Jesus’ name.

“Strong lady, I love you through it all. The storms may rage and our ships may rock sometimes, but as long as God is the captain of the ship, He will steer it in the right direction and we will arrive safely at our destinations. Be strong and be of good cheer @tiwasavage.”
