Governor Kashim Shettima was speaking to the son of the Late Professor Tijjani Elmiskin, he
didn't even know the Deputy Speaker was around him as everyone can see

Professor Elmiskin who visited the Governor last week Tuesday.
The children demanded to have their pictures taken while they were
chatting with the Governor, the Governor didn't know when the Deputy
Speaker bent down to tease him. So who is the emperor, Shettima or those
cheap blackmailers that have run short of what next to say"
