Oppression Led Me To Release ‘Pick Up’ – Adekunle Gold Reveals Inspiration Behind The Song

YBNL singer, Adekunle Gold has revealed how a great feeling of oppression was what led him to release his hit song ‘Pick Up’. Adekunle Gold narrated the event that really motivated his ‘pick up’ song, which after it dropped, became a source of motivation for some of his fans. ‘’I wrote the song six months before dropping it, I was at a gig with my manager and I was supposed to perform but the guard won’t let me in, so he was very stubborn and someone drove in and was allowed without any hesitation, so that motivated me to drop the song,” Adekunle Gold said. The video of the song, shows a poor driver who was looking for God’s help at all cost, and after series of plea that God should pick up his call saying he wants to be rich like the Otedola’s and Dangote, eventually he got helped as God picked up his call. Meet 19yrs Old Girl Who’s The World’s Youngest Billionaire (Photos)

Beautiful Alexandra Andresen is world’s youngest billionaire and she’s worth an eye-popping $1.2b… Daily Mail reports that Alexandra comes in as one of the richest people on the planet, after inheriting millions from her business-man father Johan Andresen. The Andresen family own Ferd, a long-running private investment company. In 2007, the Norwegian beauty shot to the top spot as the youngest billionaire in the world when her father transferred 42% of the business to her. Her sister Katharina is just one year older, and received the exact same stake in the business. This year Alexandra made it onto the Forbes World’s Billionaire list. Alexandra, who recently graduated from high school, is one of Norway’s most successful horseback riders, as reported by Forbes.
The teenager’s incredible wealth was not widely known until recently, but her family’s wealth goes back in generations. Her great-great-great grandfather bought J.L. Tiedemanns tobacco factory in 1849, which later became the country’s market-leading cigarette maker. In 2005, the family sold the company for ethical reasons for a huge $500million. If your father or grand father has nothing you can build on, don’t despair. Work and change the narrative.

Sacked Ministers In Guinea Sleeping At Their Offices To Protest The President’s Appointment Of A New PM

Sacked government ministers in Guinea-Bissau have been sleeping at their offices for the past seven nights, in an unusual protest against President Jose Mario Vaz’s decision to appoint a new prime minister. “Yes, yes, it’s been a week today,” sacked Communications Minister Agnelo Regala told the BBC’s Liliane Nyatcha, when asked to confirm that they were sleeping at their old ministerial offices. A new prime minister and new cabinet members were sworn in last week, in a move the ousted ministers regard as unlawful. Guinea-Bissau is one of the most unstable countries in Africa, and has had several coups since independence from Portugal in 1974. It has also become a base for Latin American drug cartels and has been dubbed a narco-state, BBC reports.

300 High School Students Get Expelled For Defacing A Photo Of Burundi President

More than 300 students at a high school in Burundi have been suspended for defacing a photo of President Pierre Nkurunziza. Parents and an official said this to AFP news agency. Other images in around 40 textbooks had also been desecrated, with insults against the president scrawled in others. One parent who asked to remain anonymous told AFP they had apologised for the graffiti during a meeting with the school, but without success. He said the administration told the students, aged between 14 and 16, that they could not come back to school until those responsible were “turned in”. School director, Yves Marimba has however told AFP that “a solution has been found” but did not comment on the students’ return. The country has been plunged into a deep crisis since President Nkurunziza announced in April 2015 that he would run for a third term, a vote he won in July amid opposition boycotts.
